In early April, our team travelled to Johannesburg, joining the Daimler Truck SA Management Team as they rolled out their new TruckStore Warranty product. Our Global Claims Director and Key Account Manager participated in the presentations and breakout sessions, providing essential training to the sales and aftersales network, ensuring they are fully empowered with the knowledge to enhance their sales propositions and efficiently resolve vehicle breakdowns should they occur.

The features and benefits we provide within this used truck warranty product will set Daimler Truck SA apart, not only providing their Agents with a powerful sales tool and, but most importantly, ensuring their customer satisfaction reaches new heights driven by our dedicated claims team being there every step of the way to make sure their clients are protected from unexpected repair costs and that vehicle uptime is maximised.
